Admissions Introduction for the Global Counter-Terrorism Institute

Welcome to the Global Counter-Terrorism Institute Center of Excellence (GCTI-CoE), a premier institution where distinguished subject matter experts collaborate to offer exceptional certificate, diploma, and master's education programs. Our internationally developed curriculum is meticulously crafted to blend operational insights with academic rigor, equipping you with the essential critical thinking and research skills necessary to effectively address terrorism, violence, and extremism. A strong emphasis is placed on human rights and security within the realm of policing.

Embarking on this educational journey with us, you will find the coursework both challenging and enriching, providing you with knowledge and insights that are both invaluable and unforgettable. We are thrilled to welcome you to our institute and are eager to connect you with our esteemed program advisors, Todd M Price MBA and Mrs. Amber Oquindo MS(HLS), as well as your major research project supervisors, Dr. Gurpreet Kaur and Dr. Allan Britton.

Upon submission of your admissions packet, we will promptly issue your letter of acceptance, complete with detailed enrollment options. Following this, we will arrange a finance meeting to guide you through the contracting and account setup process. Your unique student ID number, essential for all official documentation requests and for the degree conferred by the Paris Graduate School Administration for the master's program, will be provided to you. Please note that all diplomas and certificates are issued directly by GCTI.

After your financial advising meeting, you will be able to enroll in your chosen program. This enrollment not only marks the beginning of your academic journey but also grants you access to exclusive resources such as our e-magazine, complimentary webinar entries, and the comprehensive GCTI library, to which you will have lifetime access for ongoing research and publication opportunities.

Our resources, including the NATO Counter-Terrorism Reference Guide (CTRG-2020) and our extensive library, are just the start of your educational experience with us. An orientation session will be scheduled after you complete the account setup process and sign your contract. Our cohorts commence four times a year, in January, April, July, and October.
