During this week, students will explore two central theories in international relations: Realism and Liberalism. They will examine these theories in the context of security studies, learning how they explain and predict international behavior, cooperation, and conflict.

 

This individual module has a video lecture with readings and a check on learning. The module also has a discussion forum for you to write professional responses and to reflect on the key takeaways in the readings and module. Passing the course requires engagement with the instructor on questions and prompt responses for the discussions. Certificate is provided after completing the modules requirements. Once you take all modules in the certificate courses you can take the exam for the course certificate.
